Materials & Construction

Our plug inserts are manufactured with precision tolerances to ensure consistent electrical contact and long service life:

  • Conductor: Electrolytic copper (Cu ≥ 99.9%), nickel-plated surface for corrosion resistance and reduced contact resistance
  • Insulating housing: PBT plastic with 30% halogen-free flame retardant, UL94 V-0 rated
  • Pin types available: Round solid pin, round hollow pin, flat blade (NEMA), angled pin (Australian/Brazilian style), rectangular blade (UK/SA style)
  • Surface treatment: Bright nickel plating standard; tin-plating available on request

All products pass 5,000-cycle insertion/withdrawal testing and withstand 250V / 10A operating conditions across standard plug types.
